The extraordinary number of serious cases of COVID in Israel – in vaccinated people – may be explained in part, according to Dr. Robert Malone (the inventor of mRNA vaccines), by ADE: antibody-dependent enhancement:

Antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) is a phenomenon in which binding of a virus to suboptimal antibodies enhances its entry into host cells, followed by its replication.

ADE may cause enhanced respiratory disease and acute lung injury after respiratory virus infection.

ADE along with type 2 T helper cell-dependent mechanisms may contribute to a development of the vaccine associated disease enhancement (VADE), which is not limited to respiratory disease.

Some vaccine candidates that targeted coronaviruses, RSV virus and Dengue virus elicited VADE, and were terminated from further development or became approved for use only for patients who have had those viruses before.

So, vaccines may promote the development of poorly neutralizing antibodies which may enhance subsequent infection. Previous reports from SARS and MERS-CoV document this.

In Israel:

Alex Berenson is reporting that:

Covid vaccine maker Moderna received 300,000 reports of side effects after vaccinations over a three-month period following the launch of its shot, according to an internal report from a company that helps Moderna manage the reports.

That figure is far higher than the number of side effect reports about Moderna’s vaccine publicly available in the federal system that tracks such adverse events.

Vaccine manufacturers like Moderna are legally required to forward all side effect reports they receive to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS).

Whether the slide is referring to January through March or April through June, the 300,000 figure dwarfs the number of reports in VAERS for the Moderna vaccine for either period.

The reason for the gap is not clear. … Moderna and IQVIA, the company that works with Moderna to handle the reports, did not return emails for comment.

As of today’s update [6 August 2021], VAERS contains more than 3,000 reports of deaths following Moderna vaccinations.

Tal Zaks

In October of last year (2020), Tal Zaks, chief medical officer at Moderna (he will be leaving that position in September), said that the trials were not designed to determine whether the vaccines could reduce serious illness or reduce transmission. They would have had to be larger and longer.

Tal Zaks, chief medical officer at Moderna, told The BMJ that the company’s trial lacks adequate statistical power to assess those outcomes. “The trial is precluded from judging [hospital admissions], based on what is a reasonable size and duration to serve the public good here,” he said.

“Our trial will not demonstrate prevention of transmission,” Zaks said, “because in order to do that you have to swab people twice a week for very long periods, and that becomes operationally untenable.”

Those trials are all we have, and all we will ever have, since the control groups were given the vaccine. Anyone who has said, or is saying that these vaccines reduce serious illness or reduce transmission is not basing those claims on the results of a clinical trial.

I was reading this article about a German physician who found injuries from COVID vaccinations in people who died shortly after receiving them:

German Chief Pathologist Sounds Alarm On Fatal Vaccine Injuries, Free West Media, 3 August 2021

The director of the Pathological Institute of the University of Heidelberg, Peter Schirmacher, has carried out over forty autopsies on people who had died within two weeks of their vaccination.

The regional daily Augsburger Allgemeine reported: “Schirmacher assumes that 30 to 40 percent of them died from the vaccination. In his opinion, the frequency of fatal consequences of vaccinations is underestimated.

[Schirmacher] received support from his own ranks, and the Federal Association of German Pathologists stated that more autopsies of vaccinated people who died within a certain time frame after vaccination should be performed.

The pathologist cited “rare, severe side effects of the vaccination – such as cerebral vein thrombosis or autoimmune diseases”.

[Schirmacher] is not an opponent of vaccinations – Schirmacher himself has been vaccinated.

This is western news media, outside of the US. It was translated from German. So, the part that surprised me was:

Twitter meanwhile suspended the account of former New York Times science correspondent Alex Berenson for sharing details of a Pfizer clinical trial with similar findings.

News of @AlexBerenson ‘s suspension sure traveled! By the way, LinkedIn just deleted the account of Dr. Robert Malone – for the second time. (He appealed the first suspension.) Dr. Malone is the inventor of mRNA vaccines.

Spreading False Vax Info Might Cost You Your Medical License, 3 August 2021
— Federation Of State Medical Boards Threaten Disciplinary Action

Physicians who intentionally spread misinformation or disinformation about the COVID-19 vaccines could be disciplined by state medical boards and may have their licenses suspended or taken away, said the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB).

Due “to a dramatic increase in the dissemination of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation and disinformation by physicians and other health care professionals on social media platforms, online and in the media,” the FSMB, a national nonprofit representing medical boards that license and discipline allopathic and osteopathic physicians, issued the following statement:

“Physicians who willfully generate and spread COVID-19 vaccine misinformation or disinformation are risking disciplinary action by state medical boards, including the suspension or revocation of their medical license. Due to their specialized knowledge and training, licensed physicians possess a high degree of public trust and therefore have a powerful platform in society, whether they recognize it or not. They also have an ethical and professional responsibility to practice medicine in the best interests of their patients and must share information that is factual, scientifically grounded and consensus driven for the betterment of public health. Spreading inaccurate COVID-19 vaccine information contradicts that responsibility, threatens to further erode public trust in the medical profession and puts all patients at risk.”

The crux of the issue is trust between patients and physicians, the spokesperson told MedPage Today in an email. “MSDC is an advocate for vaccine literacy and ensuring patients and the public have access to reliable information from trusted sources of medical information. Due to their many years of training, specialized education, and dedication to patients, physicians are highly knowledgeable sources for medical information,” said president E.W. Emanuel, MD, in a statement.

“This is the time especially for physicians to do the right thing,” Chaudhry said. “Most of them are.”

Truth: COVID vaccines are not FDA approved. The trials never found that vaccines reduced deaths. The trials never even TRIED to discern if vaccines could reduce transmission. All of this is now being labeled “misinformation.” And speaking it could result in loss of medical license.

What if we discover that the pharmaceutical industry is driving the consensus?

I think this is going in the wrong direction.

The marketplace of ideas refers to the belief that the test of the truth or acceptance of ideas depends on their competition with one another and not on the opinion of a censor, whether one provided by the government or by some other authority.

Overall, the marketplace of ideas analogy has become a powerful idea, underpinning much of First Amendment jurisprudence. It remains perhaps the most pervasive metaphor to justify broad protections for free speech.
