   I know nothing about elephant behavior but they seem (to me) to be agitated. The violin sound might not be to their liking. There are some elephant videos where they are listening to piano music (Beethoven) and they appear to be much more docile (although the elephants involved are very old, some unwell).

      I agree. These elephants are displaying typical behaviour of stress in their species.
