What Causes Insulin Resistance?

You already know the answer to this if you’ve been reading my blog. Dietary fat contributes to the development of insulin resistance. I’ve said this for years; I’ve cited studies for years; I’ve described mechanisms for years. It’s not the carbohydrate, it’s the fat.
